This was a lovely apartment with an excellent view of the ocean. You can walk from the elevator to the sand on the beach in 3 minutes or less. I had mentioned when we booked that it was for my daughter's birthday, and the host left a cupcake, tiara, and balloons waiting for her. My daughter loved that. The swimming pools were all nice, but we especially liked the pool that was entirely 3 feet deep since my daughter is still learning to swim.

It was clean, had everything I needed, right across from the beach, several pools and jacuzzis. There is no elevator at the front of the property, just the middle and back.

Everything about the property was fantastic. The apartment was spacious, clean, fresh, nicely furnished and, comfortable. With huge bathrooms, enough towels for use. Fully shocked with everything you need from laundry soap to body wash, shampoo and, conditioner. The kitchen was sizable, the kitchen appliances were updated, with everything you needed at a hands reach.
The pool & Hot Tub was great, clean, well maintained and, large. Loved the private balcony, with the ocean view and, the sound of the waves. Love the fact, our service dog was completely comfortable with her surroundings. She was happy lounging on the balcony in the sunshine as, we swim close enough for her to watch us enjoy the pool.
The bedrooms were spacious, the beds top notch. The property/neighbors were friendly, respectful of the 10pm quiet time.
The apartment was perfectly located, across from the beach with restaurants and Walmart a short five minute drive.
Absolutely impressive, excellent, the property owners were fantastic. Five Star status to the property owners and, their property!

Location, especially the beach that we enjoy, we are not Seawall beach fans. Wish the front of bldg. could get repaired. Seems to have been forgotten as we stayed in this location before and the were working on it.

We were there less than 24 hours but enjoyed our brief stay. The exterior was a bit sketch with the construction. And a guy (resident?) on the elevator gave us an un-approving stare as we were coming in. But the interior of the room was nice and pleasant. We could see the ocean from our balcony. It was quiet and we slept great. We had no problems, and overall it was an enjoyable stay.
