When you're ready to explore the rest of the island, you'll find Moody Gardens, Moody Municipal Golf or Schlitterbahn a short 5-minute drive from the condo. Enjoy the Moody Garden fireworks from the balcony! Keep the fun going at the Pleasure Pier or The Historic Strand, where you can find great shopping, dining, and art, just 10-minutes away! The pools, hot tub, fitness center, dog park are all community amenities available for guests to use but might be shared with other residents or guests at the condo complex. The pool on the eastside of the complex is heated during cooler months. ***Guests are required to submit a photo of themselves holding a government-issued ID and a Guest Registration form through a 3rd party vendor before check-in.*** ***We do allow small dogs, less than 40 pounds, to stay on site for an additional daily charge of $35 per pet, maximum 2 pets (maximum of $175.00 in pet fees per stay). Please bring your own kennel and place animals in the kennel whenever you leave them in the room alone. It's a great way to protect yourself in case something unexpected comes up and you can't stick to your original plans. Guests must submit a Guests Registration Form and a photo of their government-issued photo ID before check-in information will be sent. Guests must be 21 or older to book. No smoking, vaping, incense, or defusers. Guests are subject to a $75 fee per incident plus a $500 odor removal fee if found smoking. No Parties. Guests will face fines of $1,000 per event and $500 per attendee, plus any applicable fees from city fines if they are found in violation of this policy. No overnight guests not registered with the booking. Guests are responsible for the price of replacement or repair of lost or damaged items in the home. Quiet hours are 10 pm-7 am. The Hosts are not responsible for guests' safety when using community ammennities. All guests under 18 should be supervised at the pool. No guests under 18 allowed in the fitness center or sauna. The pool may be closed for maintenance, repair, cleaning, or lightning, which are out of our control and will not result in a refund. The elevators may be down for maintenance or repair which is out of our control and will not result in a refund. If guests are found to be in violation of any of the house rules, they will be subject to having their reservation canceled immediately with no refund.

Thank you for your cooperation with this request. There is some construction occurring at the building facing the seawall but guests have not had any issues with noise or traffic. Also the heated pool is being refurbished and with an additional hot tub to enjoy. The pool should be open by Mid-November. There is a regular pool and hot tub on site too. Parking is $10 a day and pass may be purchased on arrival or online prior to arrival. ***There is currently construction taking place on the unit in front of the complex. This should not cause any disruptions to our condo, but we want to make guest aware just in case***
